CCA has long been a preferred contractor for high-end residential remodeling. Since 2008 our team has successfully completed hundreds of these projects that range is size and scope. This condo project was a penthouse condo remodel in Hallandale Beach overlooking the intracoastal. The client, a wealthy out-of-state retired builder wanted a modern  and stylish apartment that maximized the views. CCA worked with the architect and interior designer to come up with a totally new floor plan to accomplish the clients wishes. The construction process required us to demolish all existing finishes, fixtures, walls and framed ceilings. Our teams of subs, installed all new walls, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, floor finishes, cabinetry and fixtures. There were many technical challenges that CCA's team had to work through, but the project was finished on time and only slightly over budget to the client's delight.
